Tim possesses all the qualities you look for in a realtor. I would not use anyone else and have referred him to many friends and family members. He is knowledgeable, personable, and always accessible.

I was lucky enough to come in to some money to buy a house. I was definitely in over my head with this kind of thing. I had zero credit and a budget that was dwindling by the day. My girlfriend and I couldn't agree on a house at all. We looked at houses all over the state and never gave Tim much to go off of. I wanted a cheap fixer upper that didn't need anything so major done that I couldn't do it myself. He never complained or gave up and wouldn't let me give up either. We picked through thousands of houses, went to over three hundred, put offers in on around thirty different places and did at least four inspections. He was awesome throughout the entire process and did everything he could to not let me make a bad investment and find my needle in a haystack. He even set me up with a inspector who was meticulous and easy to work with. I had to have been a nightmare to work with and Tim was amazing the entire time and got it done.

What an amazing experience. House sold in one day. Beautiful home purchased well below asking and he’s still working for us to get us exactly what we asked for. I’ve never experienced a realtor that gave his all like this. He knows what he’s doing and has a strategy for every scenario. I can’t tell you how pleased we are. We never knew there could be a realtor like this who truly worked for you and you’re particular situation. Truly custom.

Pure hustle. I would hire Tim a hundred times before I would even think about hiring anyone else in Indianapolis or the burbs of the city. When we would call him he would pick up the phone -- every time. When we asked for a document, he would immediately produce it. He is super reliable and responsive. He will go above & beyond at every turn to improve your chances of selling your home or nailing down the property you are looking to move to. Five years from now he will be one of the "big name realtors" in Indy, I have no doubt about it. Catch him on his ascension and hire him for your upcoming buy/sell experience.

My wife and I relocated and did not know the new area at all. We worked with Tim for only a couple of days until he found us our perfect home in a great neighborhood. He made the process of buying our new home an easy one and would definitely recommend him as a realtor! He is a good and honest person!
