Tim and Kristen are the BEST! This has been the best real estate experience I've ever had. Both are friendly, knowledgeable and experts in their field. Communication skills are excellent - it was always easy to contact them and it was clear that they truly care about people. That quality can be a rare find in many realtors. They have comprehensive knowledge of the area and can offer many additional resources which proved valuable. I highly recommend them for any real estate needs. Thanks Tim and Kristen!

Tim is a great person to work with! He is very knowledgeable, professional, responsive, and ethical. He was initially the seller's agent at a home I was interested in and (oddly enough) became someone that I really appreciate working with.

Tim and Kristen are SUCH a blessing to our lives! They are extremely patient and always willing to go above and beyond for their clients. They are so knowledgeable but yet, they never speak over you in a condescending tone. We really felt like we were aware of every step in the process and the process was explained until we were comfortable. No matter what issues arose they were so calm and understanding which helped us so much when we would be anxious. I could go on and on about how amazing Tim and Kristen are, but some blessings you just have to experience for yourself so CALL THEM if you are looking to sell your home and/or purchase a new home! Call them!! Call them now! :-)

Tim and his wife, Kristen, make a great real estate team! They are knowledgeable about the housing market, and they genuinely care about their customers. They were patient while I debated on houses to view, they offered suggestions, and they painstakingly went through the analysis process with me. This made me feel like I could take my time and find the perfect house for me. As a first-time home buyer, they understood my need for explanation throughout the entire process; they encouraged me to ask questions. I would definitely recommend Tim and Kristen White! I absolutely love my home and feel like it was the best choice!
