Chad was FANTASTIC! Listened to what we were looking for, didn't get impatient with us as we kept trying to find just the right fit. Stayed calm when we got frustrated with offers not being accepted. And when our original financing threw a last minute curve that threatened to sink the deal, helped us with a local source that came to the rescue and saved the deal. Chad McFarland is an amazing Real Estate agent. Always available to discuss and answer our questions at any time. He was always available to help when we needed it. He helped us get our house ready and guided us in the right direction on the price value of our home. He made the process very easy and is very knowledgeable about the real estate industry in the Kansas City area. He went above and beyond what any real estate agent we have ever worked with in the past. He is a very honest hard working Agent with Integrity. We decided to start looking for a house in July of 2020. We needed someone who would be available to show at a moment's notice because houses were going fast! I knew Chad from the education world, and I knew that he would work to get us the house that we wanted. From the beginning, he was helpful, available, and open. He communicated with us honestly about what we needed to do to make sure that we could come in with a strong offer. I believe that the reason that we were able to purchase a house in such a crazy time was Chad's knowledge of the area, commitment to showing us what we wanted and could afford, and his availability throughout the entire process. Whether it was a question or a request to see a house, Chad responded immediately. It really comforted both my husband and me to know that he was so easily available to us. When we first viewed our "forever home," there were over 70 showing requests within a day. When we put our bid in, there were over 12 bids on the table. Ours was not the highest. Chad did two things that we believe secured our "forever home:" he asked us to write a letter to the owners expressing our desire to buy their house. He also took the time to personally call and connect with the seller's realtor so that she could communicate our excitement to her clients. Without this, I truly believe that we would not be in our "forever home!" We hope to never move again, but, if we do, Chad will be our first phone call!

I can't say enough good things about Chad. My wife and I spent around 2 years trying to find our first home and our dream home. We prolly looked at close to 100 houses and submitted dozens of unsuccessful offers and not once did we ever feel like Chad was getting annoyed or irritated. We will be closing on our dream home in 5 days and it wouldn't be possible without Chad's expertise.
