Tina was a life saver for us. We were selling from out-of-state and the house was a mess. Tina handled everything for us. She had the house emptied, cleaned, and painted. She used local companies and they were reasonable. Every interaction with Tina was cheerful and prompt. She was very knowledgeable about all the steps and made it very easy for us.
