We really enjoyed working with Todd Lavalla. He was so easy to contact and always returned our calls quickly. He made himself very knowlegable about the area that we sold in so he could help sell buyers. And he made the buying process go very smoothly as well. We would use him again without hesitation.

We were looking for some investment property in the area. He found us very nice track of land at a very affordable price. We keep the land for two years and when we decided to put it up for sale, we again called Todd. He found us a buyer within a month and we made a great profit on our original investment. He was very professional and had a great knowledge of the area its potential.
