My experience with Ryan was the best!!!! He made everything stress free just by being who he is— absolutely incredible!! He was there anytime I had a question and he went above and beyond to ensure the entire experience went great! Ryan is the best realtor you’ll ever work with! He’s kind, intelligent, knowledgeable and is so good at finding the perfect house for your needs!!! We couldn’t have had a better realtor or experience working with him. He goes above and beyond and is an amazing person!!! His listening skills are impeccable, his professionalism is perfect, his kindness is exceptional and he is the best!!!

Ryan helped me purchasing an investment property, and my experience with him was fantastic. Ryan is an outstanding realtor, and a brilliant negotiator. He ensured I got the best deal for the property. Especially, I am very thankful to Ryan for the following qualities as realtor, I think these set him clearly apart from the many realtors out there: 1) He always provides his honest and expert opinion about a property value, pros and cons. He tells you straight what he thinks, and provides a clear, honest recommendation based on his keen understanding of the market, the specific property, and timing. Other realtors would go around in circles never providing a clear recommendation or opinion, just repeating back what you tell them in different words, which I always found frustrating and useless. Ryan is different, he is very clear in providing his honest opinion and recommendation, but at the same time he is not pushy at all, he just tells you what he recommends, then it is totally up to you what to do based on your preference and variables, with no pressure from him. 2) Ryan is very responsive, he always got back to me within few minutes by phone or email, even when I contacted him late in the day or during weekends. He also reached out immediately to the selling counterparts on my behalf when needed, and always found a way to give me the information I needed in a timely fashion. 3) At no charge, Ryan helped me even after completion of the purchase to find good tenants, by providing expert advice. His tips and suggestions were very valuable and were instrumental in finding an excellent long-term tenant. I am convinced that Ryan helped me save money during the purchase, and he helped me getting the best ROI after the purchase. 4) Ryan dedicated a significant amount of time helping me visit various properties, with no obligation and always found a way to arrange visits when my schedule allowed. I also liked that he is very efficient and wastes no time unnecessarily. I highly recommend Ryan as a realtor based on my experience working with him. With no doubt I will use him again for my next real estate purchase or sale. He gained my full trust as my realtor of choice.

Tom Bashe is the absolute best at what he does in my opinion. We bought and sold our first home with Tom and have had several successful real estate transactions since. You cannot substitute the experience and aptitude this gentleman has. His experience has been apparent in every purchase we have done with him. Small things you may not think of that may be important to your purchase in the long term. His knowledge of the process and what should be done and when. (For us he’s found other parties process mistakes and corrected them to help close a deal) His attention to detail. His patience. His connections with service providers. The way he communicates. We truly can’t be happier and grateful enough for all the guidance and help we have received from him when buying and selling our first home, to helping us get into our dream home, and the latter was no easy task. We later joked that there was a 1% chance we were going to get our dream home because the demand was so high for the home. But we did, with Tom's guidance. IMO you want to work with someone who is intelligent, kind, patient, and can truly guide you through each step for what can be a challenging process. For us that person is 100%, Tom Bashe.

My experience with Tom Bashe at Localist Realty was fantastic. Tom made selling my home extremely easy. He referred professional trades for updates and repairs that were needed. The transaction went very smooth. I would highly recommend Tom to anyone looking to buy or sell.

Tom recently represented us in purchasing our home in Murrieta, CA. We were focused on relocating to one specific community. Location in that community was also important to us. Tom kept us in the loop as houses in that community came on the market. He is very patient, because our interest to eventually move started five years ago. Last year, we actually decided not to purchase a home that we had in escrow. When we informed him of our decision he just proceeded with cancelling it. There was NO pressure at all. Tom is more than just a Realtor that helps you find a house. He is very knowledgeable with all the aspects of Escrow. If he doesn’t know the answer, he’ll find out. If you’re considering home improvements to the home you purchased, Tom knows a lot of quality trades people that he can refer to you . We were able to start having our floors replaced within days of closing escrow. Even after Escrow closed, Tom is still there to answer any questions that we have.
