Tom is a knowledgeable and thorough agent! He provides professional advice in a friendly manner and seeks to understand particular needs of both buyer and seller. Tom is genuinely interested in making a fair deal for all parties and tries very hard to make sure it is the "right" property for the buyer. He represents properties fairly and offers prospective buyers critical insights on alternative communities, locations, and unique features in order to assist buyers in making an informed decision that best suits their needs. Tom is a consummate real estate professional and trusted advisor, whether you are looking to sell or buy your dream home. He is a straight shooter, which is rare among realtors, and goes above and beyond trying to understand your needs and does his homework. We were out-of-town buyers and he spent a few hours speaking with us to learn our needs, set us up on very specific auto-send of MLS properties that met our criteria, and even previewed properties and took photos of key areas of homes we had questions about. He gathered information about the area and specific details about various communities. Tom knows the broader Knoxville area well and specifically waterfront properties in and around Loudon and Vonore (Rarity Bay and Tellico Village). He has listed and sold many properties in the area and provided trusted advice on property values. He spent 3 solid days taking us through many times, and a few second showings. We was patient and thorough putting together an offer and going through multiple rounds of counters. Tom was a great real estate agent to work with. He accommodated our out of town schedules every weekend we came up to house hunt. His knowledge of the community helped our home search go very smoothly. And most important, he listened, RESPONDED QUICKLY, and kept on top of all of the details surrounding our home purchase. In selling our South Carolina home, we dealt with several unprofessional real estate agents. Every time they caused an issue, we appreciated Tom's professionalism even more. He went above and beyond in being a great agent.

He sold our "hard to sell house" in only 13 days and got more for it than we expected. He works hard and full time. Very personable and likeable. Would recommend him from start to finish as a very good realtor and friend. We had met him at an open house he was having and knew right then that he would be our realtor someday and we don't regret signing him up even though we had many other friends in real estate. He does what he has to to get the job done and very well.

Working with Tom was a great experience! He is very knowledgeable about the area and the local housing market, and was extremely patient responding to my wishes, I ran him all over the place. When I finally found the perfect place, he was masterful in the negotiations and saved me a lot of money in the end.
