Tom Zibkowski did an excellent job both helping me purchase and home and selling my other home. The pictures that were taken at the house I was selling turned out beautiful! Both of his assistance were wonderful at reaching out to me with info and being prompt with responses. Sold me home in 24 hours! Tom does a wonderful job!

Tom and his team are incredible! I had a great experience from start to finish. I listed my condo and sold it 10 days later for a very solid price. Tom has a great following in the area and is well versed on everything Washington Twp. His staff (Jodie and Jamie) were responsive and helpful throughout the process, I couldn't have done this without them! Tom is a very experienced no nonsense kind of guy and gets the job done! He knew our local market very well and doesn't waste time..We would definitely work with him again. He and his team of Jamie and Jodie were very responsive to our questions and concerns. Highly recommend!

We have been trying for years to sell our property. We were referred to Tom and met with him. We liked him right away and signed up. The first six months we had more showing than in all the years we had been trying. The next 6 months was the same and we found a buyer! His team is amazing!
