It was an absolute pleasure to have worked with Mr. Tommy! From the moment we met we all felt extremely comfortable and willing to entrust him with the selling of our home. We understood by one if his clients that he had helped him and his son-in-law sell and buy a home in various occasions which was what motivated us to be in contact with him and begin the process of selling our home from our first meeting. He gave us all the information we needed and walked us through the entire process. We had the open-house on Saturday and by Sunday we had an offer! We were amazed at how fast and care-free the entire process was for us. While we were waiting for the closing of our home he also helped us find our new home which we all loved from the moment we saw it! We tell all our friends how great of an agent Tommy Dyer is and we let them know all that we learned from him; we are very appreciative of all the hard work Mr. Tommy and Mr. Andrew have done for us. When I see Coldwell Banker on a house it brings a smile to my face because I know the people this company represents, and I know that whoever entrusts in Mr. Tommy and his recommendations will not be disappointed.

Tommy helped me bought a townhouse recently. He has a lot of experience in the targeted area, quickly provided a list of relevant properties based on what I need at the beginning. Great communications and negotiation with the seller. I am grateful for his effort through the entire process. Highly recommend Tommy to anyone who is looking to buy a house in DFW area.

Best in class. Reliable, thorough, knowledgeable, insightful. Tommy was just great to work with--we had some funny timing and he and his team were thorough, flexible and just great to work with. He helped us in so many ways and his knowledge of both real estate and Fort Worth are peerless. We'll definitely work with Tommy Dyer again.
