Angelique was absolutely amazing in helping us buy our first home! The first time we met her we realized how down-to-earth, straight-talking, and generous with her time she is. These are not qualities that we found in many realtors that we spoke to at open houses, and it’s something we really valued in Angelique. We knew that she would “tell it how it is” and we could absolutely trust her. During our property search she was extremely well organized, flexible with her schedule, and always planned ahead so that our shopping around was as smooth and well-informed as it could be. She also provided us with fantastic referrals for mortgage lenders and insurance providers. Once we had selected a house, she was a great negotiator with the sellers, was very patient with our questions, explained a lot of the legalities and paperwork, and helped us identify risks and strategies which we may otherwise have missed. She was excellent at remaining calm and focused when we were getting nervous! Angelique held our hands all the way through the property buying process and we cannot thank her enough. Mike was great to work with. Knowledgeable, prompt with responses and always pleasant. He did not try to push properties at me and was great at outlining possible pros and cons of properties we viewed. I highly recommend him to anyone contemplating a real estate transaction. Penny was wonderful to work with on the sale of our home in South Redondo. It wasn't the best time of year to try to sell a house, but thanks to Penny we sold it in a few short days. She was honest with us and set clear expectations through the process. She responded quickly to any question we had along the way and made this a much easier transaction. She quickly held multiple open houses to make sure it was available to buyers to view.
