Penny was wonderful to work with on the sale of our home in South Redondo. It wasn't the best time of year to try to sell a house, but thanks to Penny we sold it in a few short days. She was honest with us and set clear expectations through the process. She responded quickly to any question we had along the way and made this a much easier transaction. She quickly held multiple open houses to make sure it was available to buyers to view. I have moved several times over the past few years, so I appreciate a great agent...and Penny is a great person to work with!! We truly cannot say enough about Penny and our experience buying a home with her. She is thoughtful, kind, open, honest, communicative, professional supportive, amongst so many other things. We worked with Penny when we purchased our first home in 2020 and built such a positive relationship, fast forward 4 years and 1 baby later, she was right back helping us again. My favorite thing about Penny, and one that meant the most to us, is the fact that Penny was there and responsive every minute of every day. If we had a question, or a concern, or even just a thought, Penny was right there. The relationship with her is so natural that it never felt like we were bothering each other. That type of reliability and trust is so important when it comes to such a stressful and big decision and we are so grateful to have found that with her. Outside of just the amazing bond, Penny's local knowledge of the South Bay is so good. Penny is also very professional, we had some challenges with our counterparts during the purchase but Penny held ground and understood that maintaining a good relationship with them would go a long way, and boy was she right. Outside of just the legal/technical knowledge in real estate, Penny also understood the relationship and people side of it, which in my opinion is just as important, if not more important.
