Tony not only sold our home in four days but also negotiated the purchase of our new home, a 1922 bungalow in Springfield, at a great price. It didn’t take long to realize that he is a master of the arcane intricacies of the real estate profession, including reading the Jacksonville market. He leveraged his considerable experience to suggest an optimal price point and how best to highlight our home to prospective buyers. The 2019 Springfield Tour of Homes provided an opportunity to show case our home. The Open Houses Tony held concurrently with that event generated considerable interest and several offers, one of which became our eventual home buyer. He tells it the way it is and not what he thinks you want to hear. That was important because with the goal of selling our home as quickly as possible and for the best price, he explained what was realistic given our particular circumstances such our home’s condition and location. He kept us informed throughout the process, was available to answer questions no matter the time or day, and made sure we didn’t miss any deadlines. The result was that we sold our home quickly and at a great price. Although our experience of finding a successful offer in 4 days is not the norm, Tony's skill and experience in working with historic homes, knowledge of the Riverside/Avondale/Springfield real estate market, his real estate acumen, and his affable personality, will provide you with a positive and ultimately successful selling experience.

Tony is such an amazing realtor who gets the job done! He is always accessible and goes above and beyond. He made the process of buying our first house a pleasant one with zero stress! I highly recommend him. We ended up purchasing a home that he suggested we look at after having him show us houses we thought we wanted. He hit the nail on the head with it.

If we had to do it all over again, the only thing we would've done differently is talk to Tony sooner. I can't express enough how much we love Tony and working with him. As first time homeowners we had a lot to learn and Tony made us confident in our decisions. He was genuine, realistic, and on our team from day 1. He is not just a "yes man", he is a reasonable man. He was the best at communicating, especially for someone like myself who needs lists and is always worried about covering all my bases. I never felt out of the loop, confused, or scared to ask questions. It also doesn't hurt that he was hilarious and personable. Please do yourself the favor of working with Tony!! You won't regret it.

Working with Tony exceeded any of my expectations. Tony was extremely friendly. I couldn't believe how responsive he was to all my request and questions, and knew far more than I ever hoped about the process of buying a house. I highly recommend Tony!
