After having our property for sale as a FSBO for a number of months and then with a previous realtor for 90 days, Tony was able to have our property under contract within 3-5 days of listing with him. Tony understands the area and simply has the ability to move property. I would recommend him if you need to sell your house. He is easy going and operates professionally with a great reputation. We spent a significant amount of time researching realtors in the area and felt then and still do after selling that he may be the best realtor in the area.

What more can we say but Tony is the MAN for the job! This man rocked it out. He sold our home within two days! The pictures were not even taken yet and it was on the market and before we knew it we had full asking offer! I know result not typical is the warning most would say...but it happend for us and it can for you if you if you choose Tony!! Thank you for being so awesome Tony! We are forever grateful!!

Cant say enough good things about this excellent Agent. Called several agents on a Saturday afternoon because we needed to find a home very quickly. He was the only one who answered his phone. The next day, Sunday, he showed us a few houses and we found the one we liked. He linked us up with his lender, and we closed a few weeks later. A very quick turnaround due to his hard work, dedication, and genuine concern for his clients. I highly recommend him to anyone, you will not be disappointed.

I live in Florida and needed to sell property that had been in the family for a very long time due to my mother's death. My two sisters and I had taken some time to get used to the idea of it going to someone else before I found Tony to help me. Tony was quick to take care of everything to get a buyer interested. He knows the area and the market there. He can read people to know if someone is seriously looking so all of his reports on activity were straight forward. I understood the nature of selling this property and that it would take a specific buyer. In the end, Tony found the perfect match and then took care of all the closing details. The closing was done long distance so he made all the arrangements with a lawyer and took care of my part in that. Very professional in what he does and the people he calls on to help.
