I have purchased many homes and commercial properties in my life and I have never worked with any realtor that was as fast and thorough as Tony. He always responded instantly and many times he had already done what I was requesting. He also has good bargaining insight but unlike other realtors will respect his customer's decision without judgement. I found him a very refreshing change from the dozens of realtors I have worked with in the past. If you want someone who is honest, profesional, super responsive and easy to work with, then Tony is your guy.

When it came time to sell our home, we started a search for the best realtor to represent our needs. We questioned other home sellers, observed sales activity in our neighborhood, and began a web search for an appropriate realtor. After a few weeks we boiled it down to four potential candidates. We set up interviews with each at our house. As we proceeded with the interviews, it quickly became clear that Tony Melo, of Aldina Real Estate would be our #1 choice. During the interview process, Tony spent a great deal of time to answer all our questions. He offered his considerable knowledge about the listing and sales process, status of the market in our area, and gave us great recommendations about selling that were in harmony with our specific desires. Tony came to us prepared with a professional presentation packet. It contained information about his professional realtor credentials, current comparable sales in our area, current market prices, analysis about potential listing prices, and estimated time to sell. Once we agreed to use his services, he created a beautiful on-line web site specifically of our house. As inquiries came for viewings, he set specific schedule of dates and times for showings. As we proceeded through the process, Tony was always promptly available by text, email or voicemail. The result, the house sold for over list price within five days. We were amazed! During escrow, Tony did all the homework and made the transaction process completely pain free. We sincerely appreciate all the work Tony put in to bring the sale to the finish line. Tony was everything we could have hoped for from a Realtor when selling our home. He made sure that we understood every part of the process, and gave us advice and insight every step of the way. Tony was great about making us feel connected and updated anytime there was any news or information, making sure to stay in frequent communication with us and all parties involved. We were confident in knowing that he was there to make sure everything flowed smoothly through the entire transaction, and he did not let us down. From getting the home freshened up for sale to the close of escrow, we were glad to have Tony and his team behind us. We would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to sell a home. In addition, we learned a lot of great information that we can use moving forward when we go to purchase our new home in the future. Tony took his time to explain everything in detail when we were selling our house. He made recommendations that brought in top dollar. Since we were out of the area, Tony went above and beyond by keeping an eye on our house and watering the new grass. He was very quick at responding to emails and conscientious about keeping procedures safe during Covid. Tony is someone you can trust as he made our selling experience very easy.

Tony Melo is a very conscientious and knowledgeable real estate agent. Very familiar with all the in's and out's of real estate transactions. He stayed on top of all events and kept us completely updated. I will definitely refer him and call on him for future real estate transactions.
