We loved working with Tony! He was super responsive to all our questions and very helpful with the whole process. We purchased our home while we lived out of state and he made everything super smooth. He took the initiative and was a great guy to work with.

Tony was professional and available to help us every step along the way. He was great at listening to our needs in a house and making recommendations that would help us make the best decision. He also at helped us understand the best way to care for a house, and he connected us with resources in the community. He made the buying process very smooth, guiding us though the things we needed to do.

We have loved working with Tony. We have bought and sold land and homes with him several times within the last couple of years and he makes it hassle free and easy. He knows the market, and is able to list appropriately. We have gone to him for advice, and value what he has to offer. When buying a home, he is patient and willing to go and look at many homes in search of the perfect one. He even took us through many on face time while we were out of state. He never makes us feel rushed, and really listens to us. I would recommend Tony to anyone!

We had such a great buying experience with Tony three years ago that it was a no-brainer to have him represent us when we decided to sell a few months ago. Tony’s knowledge of the local market is up to date. We priced our house based on his comparable properties analysis and guidance and were very pleased to receive multiple offers. Our home sold quickly and the transaction went smoothly. Some particular things we appreciated about Tony were 1) the photographer that he arranged. She did a great job capturing our home with good angles and lighting to help it stand out among other listings. 2) his professional connections. It is evident that Tony has cultivated good relationships with the title company we used, local contractors, and other real estate agents in the area. 3) communication. He kept us well informed of showing requests and of important deadlines as offers started coming in. 4) the trailer. We planned to handle our local move with multiple trips in our own 8’x4’ trailer. The job wound up being so much easier when Tony let us use his 18’x9’ enclosed trailer with a tailgate that drops to become a full-width ramp. We will absolutely use Tony again for our future real estate needs!

Tony was seriously the best! He walked through our house the day after we called him, had a fool-proof plan to list it and told us what he'd recommend we change or do to get ready to list. Everything we signed before closing was online. When we had multiple offers, he made us net sheets so that we could see exactly what each client was offering so that we could make the best choice for our family. When we had sold and were ready to move to our new home (that he also helped us purchase) he lent us his trailer to help with our move. Tony is very knowledgable and friendly. He was very prompt at communicating when we received offers and it was so nice having him worry about scheduling, showing the house, and dealing with all the legal stuff. He was a dream to work with, even with our overly in-your-face 4 year old :) I highly recommend working with him!
