Most of the time when you talk to people and ask how they picked their realtor, they'll say they knew them somehow. That wasn't how I found Tori. I was looking to move about 30 minutes away and to a new market, so I asked around for realtor referrals that knew my potential market well and was referred to several and interviewed 5 of them. I picked Tori for a multitude of reasons. Primarily, she was so incredibly outgoing and we got along like fast friends, but that wouldn't have meant anything if she wasn't extremely knowledgeable about real estate and the market I wanted. One thing I also recall standing out significantly is that when I started talking to her, Tori tried to recommend one of her fellow realtors rather than selling herself. Tori made it clear from the beginning that as a buyer or seller, she would be my agent and she'd sooner lose out on a secondary commission than compromise her loyalty to her buyer or seller and that was a big deal breaker for me with some of the other agents. Tori is a busy person, but she has a top notch assistant and anytime I couldn't immediately reach Tori, I knew I could call Taylor. They were both absolutely phenomenal and available whenever I needed them. If Tori can't do something for you that you need to buy or sell, don't worry, she knows a guy. She hooked me up with a whole team to get my place ready to sell at top dollar and it absolutely did. I couldn't have been happier than I was with the well over asking price cash offer I got selling with her. Plus, she made the buying experience super easy too. I will absolutely recommend Tori again and again anytime someone is looking for a realtor.

My brother had a great experience with her. I unfortunately did not. I wanted to buy an investment property and despite having a pre-approval letter already she didn’t look for anything for me until I was approved with her in house lender. Granted it was a better rate but I don’t understand why she wouldn’t look for properties I was interested in. Then I found a house to buy on my own. She did contact the seller before it hit the MLS and I ended up buying the house but it wasn’t an easy process. Getting estimates for repairs was a process and eventually after I told her I wasn’t being support like she said I would before I signed a contract with her she was more helpful. She was selling a house when I was buying and this took up her time. She didn’t even show up to closing and called about an hour after I closed to say she forgot to put it on her calendar. Then the house still had items in it from the seller despite it being in the co react to purchase that the seller had to remove the old appliances and medical equipment it wasn’t done. When I talked to her about this I was told there was nothing she could do and it was between myself and the seller at that point. Overall I was disappointed in the services I received as she touted herself as a great agent and I have no doubt that she could be; but for whatever reason, whether she was busy or legitimately forgot about me, I did not leave the transaction completely satisfied. I did buy the house I wanted and the price was fair and she certainly was an important part of that process. I can’t on good conscious recommend her based on the experience that I had.

Realtors are a dime a dozen, but great realtors are hard to find and Tori is a GREAT realtor. Not only does she have knowledge of the market but she advocates heavily for her clients and empowers them with the knowledge needed to make well informed decisions. She is easy to get along with and fights hard for her clients. From even before we listed our house for sale, Tori was there to help us. We new we had some remodeling left to do and her feedback and input as to what we should do to our home went a long way to help us prepare our house to list. When it came time to put it on the market Tori came out swinging. She held multiple open houses and took a lot of the hassle out of showings. We ended up with multiple offers OVER LIST PRICE and Tori helped guide as to what the pros and cons of each offer was and helped us navigate the negotiation process with ease. Honestly, the last time we sold our house it was hell. This time it was so easy it was almost hard to believe we were under contract. At the end of the date it comes down to this: If you want a real estate agent who will simply coddle you and tell you only what you want to hear go out and hire one of the countless real estate agents that only do the minimum to get by. If you truly want an advocate -- someone who would be honest with you and who will take the stress out of what can be a very stressful process, save yourself some time and give Tori a call.

She did a great job for us selling a condo. We wanted a stress-free experience and Tori and her team provided it for us. She really knows the north side of Madison.

Tori is awesome! We had 4 or 5 rejected offers because of the crazy housing market, but Tori was determined to find us the right house and she did. She put in a ton of work and was always responsive when we had questions.
