Tory Keith from Board & Park was incredible to work with! As a first time homebuyer I appreciated her extensive knowledge and patience with all the questions I had. I had a tricky budget to work with in such a tough market and Tory went above and beyond to find the right home for me. I highly recommend her to any buyer or seller who wants to work with a realtor that is dedicated to their work. Thank you Tory! I look forward to working with you in the future.

Tory was superb to work with as she handled the sale of my mother's condo. With Tory's guidance and help, we were able to prep, post, and sell within weeks, and got above asking price! She made things easy by connecting us with a storage facility nearby, an attorney to close with, and handled many of the details such as final smoke detector inspection, final water etc., AND went above and beyond by taking a few leftover paint cans we left behind to the local recycling center herself! Super communicative and always available, i highly recommend Tory.

We had a wonderful experience working with Tory Keith and Board and Park in the purchase of our Natick home this spring. We ended up serendipitously learning about a house that was For Sale By Owner, a situation new to us that made us somewhat uneasy. Tory provided expert guidance, knowledgeably answering every question, giving sage advice about how to handle our offer, and calmly reassuring us as we moved through each step toward closing. Her long history in Natick and comprehensive knowledge of the market played a significant role in the success of this process for us. Being the only realtor involved in this transaction definitely created more work for Tory, but she handled all the details in a timely and detail-oriented manner. She also provided invaluable recommendations for vendors and resources to access as we settled into our new home. We recommend Tory without reservation!

I enjoyed working with Tory because she immediately instilled confidence in her ability to guide me appropriately as a first-time homebuyer. There was no question too big or too small for Tory to get me the answers I needed, even for the questions that I thought might be silly to ask. No matter the topic, she was respectful and understanding, which made the process smooth. Additionally, Tory was incredibly responsive by phone, email, and text; and, she helped me stay on track to make sure all of the moving pieces of a home purchase were progressing on time. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Tory to anyone and everyone in the market!

Tory was wonderful to work with. She was responsive, helpful, and knowledgeable. We made an offer on our first time out with Tory, and we are sure this would have been impossible if Tory hadn't fielded so many of our questions in advance. We felt prepared to move forward quickly with her support and expertise. Through this first home purchase, Tory made sure we understood the process and terminology. Even when we were confused, since there is a lot to learn quickly, Tory patiently answered our questions - even when we had asked them before. She also made sure we were on top of deadlines and connected us with a team of people (from the mortgage lender to the movers) who were great. I would highly recommend Tory to anyone!
