In reviewing the state licensing database we have confirmed that Tracy has held her real estate license since June 16th, 2004 as such Tracy should have been aware of her responsibility regarding Rule 10, subsection C which advises agents the total number of bedrooms in the listing must not exceed the number of bedrooms for which the on-site sewage system is known to have been approved. Tracy’s listing reflected this property as a 3 bedroom which exceeds the number of bedrooms for which the on-site sewage system was approved for. Her doing her due diligence to confirm this data would have taken moments and saved her sellers as well as ourselves a lot of time, money and heart ache. The fact that she has held her license for nineteen years makes me wonder how many more of her transactions have been impacted. Though I hope she acted without malice and fraudulent intent the fact that she failed to take the simple steps within her area of expertise has caused significant harm to me and my husband both emotionally and financially.

Tracey did a wonderful job of helping us purchase a property on Mason Lake. Her local knowledge and contacts were instrumental in navigating a tough, competitive market - and we are thrilled with the outcome. She was responsive, easy to contact, and flexible with our schedules. She was a pleasure to work with and continues to be a local resource for us.

Tracey was AMAZING to work with! We were out of area buyers & her knowledge of the area was VERY helpful for us in making our decision. Tracey was our agent for a lake cabin in Mason County for almost a year. We knew what we wanted and Tracey worked with us and kept in touch with us for waterfront cabins as they came onto the market. Tracey was able to get us the place we wanted on our first offer. I would encourage anyone looking for an agent to use Tracey for their real estate agent. We had some investment properties in another county. If we buy another investment , I will use Tracey.

Tracey McGlothlin helped my wife and I buy a vacation property. She was very knowledgeable about the area and about vacation properties, which was a big help for us. Whenever we had questions Tracey was quick to respond and she was able to find out the answers for us.
