The Shulkin Wilk Group was truly outstanding with the sale of my home. The entire process, from start to finish was flawless, with Traci providing advice on pricing, support on getting the house ready and staging, along with suggestions on timing and schedule. Ultimately, with Traci’s expert guidance, my home sold for just shy of 30% over asking price, having a signed PSA 6 days from listing the house and closing within 5.5 weeks. Traci listened and responded to all of my objectives, and I could not be any happier with the results. Traci has a stellar team that I would highly recommend!

Lori Dawson is by far the best real estate agent we have ever worked with! We cannot express enough our thanks and appreciation for all she did to help us through the buying process. We are experienced with many buying and selling transactions, but this one was different as it occurred in the Boston area and we lived in Seattle. Lori helped us all the way through the process, from the initial down select of towns to view, to facetiming open houses with us, to negotiating a fair offer with the seller, to attending inspections, and finally the walkthrough and signing at closing. She was there for us any time of the day, providing us with her knowledge and expertise, reducing our stress and anxiety with her kindness and clear, timely communication. Lori is the best and would highly recommend her to everyone!

Joanne Z. Baron went over and above in every way. She knew Sudbury and the raiding areas like the back of her (she could even detail the pros and cons of local streets on the fly). When we were on the fence as to whether we could make Sudbury work for us, she acted as our sherpa. Overall, we were amazed by her responsiveness and thoroughness. She sets herself apart from the pack as she has deep integrity and really cares (the hand-holding continued to occur after closing). Always there for us and can't recommend enough!

If you’re looking to build a homebuyer dream team, the first step is to make Lori Dawson your buyer agent! My wife and I recently worked with Lori while buying our first home, upon recommendation from our friends who had worked with her previously. Being first-time home buyers, we knew little about the process. Lori guided us at every step of the journey. She explained the procedures involved and our pending action items at every step carefully and answered all our questions patiently. She was always available whenever we needed some info or wanted to act on something quickly. Even when she was on a vacation, she responded to our emails promptly and ensured we were accompanied during showing by her colleagues at Shulkin Wilk. I can't say enough good things about Jared and Lori. They are totally professional and always responsive. They are patient and will always take time to make sure their clients understand each step of the process. Any buyer or seller would be lucky to have them in their corner.
