Tracie Olsen knows exactly what it takes to buy and sell your home. She helped us with every detail of both transactions. Tracie gave us great advice that saved us money when we sold out house. She also has many contacts who can help with any home improvement issue that may arise. Tracie definitely goes the extra mile and is great to work with!

I had the pleasure to work with Tracie and it was the best experience. She guided me every step of the way. I didn’t feel like I was working with a realtor. It was more like a friend. She was so patient and understanding and she accommodate me with everything. She only wanted what was best for her client. She has a genuine heart and she places her heart and soul in every client that she works with. I had very little knowledge when it came to buying a house but since working with Tracie I became very knowledgeable about buying a home. She made sure I had everything from a uhaul rental, utilities, school systems, flood insurance, and warranties. She even went above and beyond to ensure that I could ha Eva smooth closing day. I highly recommend Tracie Ohlsen. She by far is the BEST! I recommended her to all of my family and friends that are looking to buy a house.

Tracie has provided me the best service experience not just once, but several times over the past five years. Most recently, Tracie helped me with a drive by for sale sighting and took me to the purchase act of sale date in about 6 weeks! Her ability to cover all the little, often overlooked details is most impressive. She always responds super fast and always made a tremendous effort to meet around my ideal schedule. I highly recommend Tracie and would personally call upon her again!

Tracie made my first time home buying experience so smooth and easy! I had no idea what to expect or do during this process. Tracie made me feel so at ease. She was always available to answer any of my questions/concerns. She listened to every need/want I was looking for in a home. She always looked out for my best interest during the process.
