My husband and I had a great experience working with Trevor. We are first time buyers and were super nervous and had a million questions. He was really patient with us and made us feel comfortable every step of the way. And he had no problem playing the part of therapist for us with long phone calls and the constant communication, which I really appreciated. He was always quick to respond and very knowledgably about everything. I feel like he would always give his honest opinion and I never felt pressured to buy. I would definitely use him again or refer him to anyone looking for an agent.

As a first time home buyer Trevor was instrumental in helping us find the right home for our budget. He is very responsive over the phone, text or email at almost any hour of the business day. No question was to silly, and no request for information was left unattended. We agreed on a plan, and he was flexible as our minds changed regarding our decisions. We visited multiple listing until we felt comfortable to make an offer. He made every appointment and came prepared with information regarding the house, the neighborhood and ensured it checked our boxes. He made the process very stress free. I feel he handled the communication and negotiation with the sellers of the home we settled on as if it was me talking to them directly. He kept us very informed along every phase of the sale process. All action items I wanted addressed he did so and then some in a professional manner. All our concerns were addressed prior to the sale of the house, with no surprises (that was important to me). He has a vast network of contacts for home inspections and even specialty inspections (as was my case) and with his experience in real estate he was able to give us his advice based on past experiences. I was very impressed with his work ethic and knowledge. I recommend Trevor, he will step up and help you make your journey less stressful.

As a first time home-buyer, I was heavily disappointed in Trevor's lack of professionalism, compassion, and overall lackluster performance towards the end of my home purchasing process. While he was quite friendly and helpful at the beginning of the process, once the sale was over and done with, he nearly disappeared off the face of the Earth for us. The home owners that originally had the home we bought were losing it - therefore, they still had much of their belongings in the home. When I say "much of their belongings," I mean MUCH of their belongings. We saw this when we first visited the home. We expressed this concern to Trevor, who comforted us by stating: "I have had that happen before to other clients, and I've either pressured the previous owners to get their stuff out or came in and paid for a truck to come haul it all away." Comforted by his confidence, we proceeded. When it came to closing day, the previous owners' belongings were still there. I expressed this concern again to Trevor. Nothing was done. In the end, our LENDER hired people to help us come move things out. I also had to call the city for the special collections truck that came exclusively for us. Why? Here is the list of all the items that were so hazardous they required special collections: 12 cans of used paint, 14 tires (YES, CAR TIRES), 6 4-foot wooden metal wire spools (the previous owner was in construction of some sort), 2 coffee tables, one entire bed frame WITH mattress, 13 Costco trash bags worth of clothes (given to Goodwill), 8 boxes of photo albums and other odd objects, 1 old armchair, 1 old TV, 2 TV stands, 5 giant curtains, and 2 couches. I got upset and emailed Trevor to express my great disappointment in his sudden lack of professionalism and overall caring for his clients that he had displayed to us earlier. He ignored my emails and only emailed me things like "Did you send the check out to the termite company?" Yup, he recommended the termite company that tented our home. They seemed very nice and reliable. However, they ended up being late to the job...an entire day late. And the workers offered to do side jobs for cash. Very unprofessional. I sent another email to express my disappointment. He replied finally, stating "Buying short sale homes is difficult but always worth it in the end." I pointed it out that he told us that he would help us out with getting the belongings cleared. Plus, how does buying a short sale home excuse us having to spend 2 weeks cleaning the house before we could even move in? How does it excuse his inability to live up to his word? Was he there when I had to take loans and pawn things so I could pay for extra weeks at my old apartment because I couldn't even move into my new home until 2 weeks after I bought it (therefore making the contractor I hired to remodel late as well)? No reply at all. Not only did he shirk a responsibility he had promised his clients, but also refused to acknowledge the issue at all. I was in car and life insurance sales for quite a while, and I have never seen a person simply ignore a client's emails and concerns with little thought to the situation of the client. Even if you, the salesman, did nothing wrong, it is still your responsibility to help the client when they have a serious concern. Moreover, he had stated he'd take care of any problems. Maybe it was because he just wanted to make the sale, so he said anything to make us feel better. Had I known he'd left us high and dry, I would have gone somewhere else. Don't buy a house that might have even the slightest bump in the road - Trevor won't be there for you.

Overall, Trevor Laramee was a pleasure to work with. Specifically, I'm a rather selective, picky, and tough real estate client, which didn't seem to discourage and/or adversely affect him one bit. Without being pushy, Trevor was extremely conscientious, diligent, and timely in researching the type of home, as well as community that I desired. Truthfully, at one point, I became disappointed, and a tad overwhelmed with the selection process. Despite relating such disappointment, Trevor continued to collaborate, persevere, and he finally discovered the unique home I was searching for. Equally important, in terms of personality and demeanor, Trevor was consistently pleasant, professional, knowledgeable, and low key. Lastly, I would highly recommend Trevor Laramee for all of your real estate needs, and I look forward to utilizing his services in the near future.

Trevor Laramee was wonderful through the selling of our condo and buying our new home. He was thoroughly professional and always available when we had questions or concerns. Our condo sold quickly thanks to the wonderful photography team Trevor employed and the great website he set up. We were totally pleased with his level of expertise and professionalism.
