Just a few of his amazing services included a professional photographer, connections to trustworthy, affordable repairmen, and positive and knowledgeable help throughout the process. Tripp was always quick to answer our emails, texts, phone calls, and crazy questions. He kept us well informed through the whole experience. His confident advice and direction alleviated any concerns we might have, and it was no surprise that our home had several offers within the first few days on the market. We closed on our home (6/29/18) with Tripp as our agent and I can not express how easy the process was. Tripp was always available (even while on vacation) to answer any questions we had. He took care of us every step of the way, listening to what we needed/thought, and even ensured we were in the payment we wanted. Due to some of our own circumstances, we had to rush closing and he didn’t bat an eye at it! He rolled up his sleeves and got to work! Tripp and his team worked daily to ensure we would be able to close in time! Can’t say enough good things about the entire team we worked with! We are now in our new home and love it!! He has also checked on us several times to ensure everything was moved and we were settled. And brought us the BEST Home warming gift! You don't find that these days. Before placing my house on the market I reviewed several agents on the internet, then narrowed the list down to a few I interviewed in person. My selection was Tripp Montgomery, and he has proven to be the right one. Tripp is very helpful, and knowledgeable of the Camden / Kershaw County market. Tripp is honest, fair, and always ready do work in his clients best interest. Thank you Tripp for selling my house in less than 3 weeks.

We have bought two homes using Tripp as our realtor. Both times he helped us navigate the waters of closing dates, paperwork, and anything else that happened to pop up. He is incredibly honest and will work tirelessly to help his clients transition to their new homes.

Tripp is very knowledgeable about the real estate process from both a buyer and seller perspective - he provided good explanations and recommendations on next steps before and after getting the house on the market. There was also a nice photo process (included staging) that brought attention to the house. Would recommend.
