My wife and I worked with Trish to purchase our vacation property in Indian Rocks Beach. Everything was terrific! We were really impressed with Trish’s superb knowledge of the local market, her timeliness with responses, and her sincere interest in understanding who we were and what we were looking for. Trish helped my husband and I buy a property in Clearwater and during the entire process I experience, we found her to be extremely experienced, professional and very friendly. We live on the east coast of Florida and travelled to Clearwater for showings and Trish made herself available whenever we needed her. Between our visits we kept in touch by phone and email. As new listings came on the market Trish visited those properties immediately and we used Facetime and videos to determine our interest. Nothing was too much trouble for her and we found a property and closed soon after. Our property needed a little updating and throughout the entire process she guided us through every step providing us with every vendor we needed to complete the renovation. And because we lived so far away, her help was invaluable. I doubt we could have purchased a property with such confidence without her help and I would recommend her services to anyone needing to buy or sell a property.

We used Trish when buying our condo on Treasure Island. We live in NJ so the process was a bit nerve-wracking as we were not there for some important steps. Trish handled all of the details for us- taking videos when needed so we felt “there”, negotiating multiple issues that arose with the sellers, calming our fears and concerns and just, in general, representing us with such professionalism and finesse. She went way above and beyond for us and made us feel completely cared for. She is very knowledgeable about the area and the market and, if she doesn’t know an answer, she quickly and completely obtains the information needed. She is honest, a skilled negotiator, easy to work with and just a really nice person. I would not hesitate to use her again and I wholeheartedly recommend her for your real estate needs.
