Trisha Christensen was our agent when we sold our house this year. She has lived in Scotts Valley for over 25 years and knew the market and housing comps in order to price our home competitively. Based on her guidance, we sold our house in 5 days. She patiently walked us through reviewing multiple offers, countering and inspections. She made the process as pain free as possible. If you’re looking for a smart, experienced professional realtor who is super organized and attentive, I encourage you to contact Trisha Christensen. I have worked with Trisha to purchase two (very different) homes in Santa Cruz in the past four years, and she made the (potentially agonizing) process a breeze. Trisha is very knowledgeable, supportive and unflappable, and every question I had was answered promptly - - she moves accurately, at the speed of light. And she knows all the bits and parts of real estate transactions, and keeps on top of every detail. She may have many clients but you’ll feel as though you are the only one. All that expertise and skill, and she’s fun to be with too. I’ve had the opportunity to buy three homes out of the area over the past eight years as well, and though I found good realtors each time - - Trisha stands hands and shoulders above the rest. We where completely satisfied and impressed with Trisha's realty experience. She paid attention to all the small details that could slip through the cracks. She kept in very close communication and answered any questions we had extremely promptly. There where a few questions for the seller that arouse that needed clarification,Trisha was on it immediately and got the questions answered. Trisha gave us advise and pointed out concerns she had with the place and pointed out things that we may need to check into before buying.She was always on time for appointments and always available when we needed her. She was genuinely concerned with us making the right decision, and not just trying to make a sale. We are happy to have a good realtor to call on in the future.

If I could give more stars, I would. Trisha is amazing. She was patient, knowledgeable, thoughtful and thorough. Trisha helped us narrow down our search, provided info on the Santa Cruz Mountains, and quickly found answers to absolutely every question we had. Trisha was able to soothe our nerves, guide us through the process and always had our best interest in mind. We have had a few questions pop up after closing and move in and Trisha is always just as quick and responsive as ever. From beginning to end, Trisha made our home buying process the best possible.
