If you’re looking for a realtor, Trisha Helton is your person! I cannot thank her enough for being such a great help to our family. We had orders to come to Bliss, if your military, you do know it’s not always easy to move and the time management isn’t always the best! My husband was in Korea and I was in Arizona. We didn’t know what type of house we wanted, where the best family neighborhoods were, good schools, parks near by for our dogs, shopping, everything you could think of when moving, we didn’t even know what El Paso looked like. When we found Trisha, she came highly recommended. She was on the ball! She had questions and answers lined up for us. She seen our interests in the homes we liked, the built year we were aiming for, she asked about our kids, our dogs and she located a great school for them, dog parks near our home. She communicated how long it would take for my husband to make it on base with and without traffic. She found homes near a gym for us, she had 8 houses lined up for us to see. Whenever we texted or called, she was very responsive and quick! We had a major issue with my husband credit and she helped us work through it! I can’t thank her enough for doing that. She negotiated what we wanted from our seller and they agreeed on everything we asked! We now have a beautiful 4bd 3bth home. She made sure we were well taken care of, she held the keys to our house, checked on everything for us until we arrived. Everything went exactly they way we wanted. If you’re looking for an amazing realtor who will help you buy and home that best for you and won’t try to sell you anything. Trisha is your person!

Trisha is amazing! Very knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, and a joy to work with. She not only helped us Online & via phone while we were across the country but she has continued to answer questions even after we closed on our house. She is truly involved in the community and knowledgeable about all things relating to housing. I would recommend Trisha to any one who is buying a home! She takes the time to educate home buyers on the process and make the process as smooth as possible!

It was a first time home buying experience for us along with buying a home while across the country. Trisha made us feel so secure in every step big or small. She explained everything simply and in detail. She was so kind and personable while being extremely professional. She was so quick to answer any questions. All around it was an amazing experience would recommend her to anyone.

Trisha’s expertise and open line of communication was invaluable to me as a first time home buyer . I honestly don’t think I would be in my new home without her guidance and knowledge level.

Where do I even begin? This woman. THIS WOMAN!! When I tell you guys that I’m as annoying as they come, just believe me, I’m as annoying as they come! I had poor Trisha answering my non stop questions for weeks throughout our home buying process. I had her explain things to me that she had already explained before!! I don’t know how she handled me along with the other clients she has but somehow she managed to answer every question I had, without fail, and ALWAYS within such a punctual time frame. She helped to guide us from our very first phone call, before we decided to buy, where we were just looking to speak to someone who could explain buying a home period, which she explained so well. That conversation would eventually lead my family to buy our very first home, and I am so grateful to her for her time and the care she showed us.
