Our experience with Tristina Hill, with Southern Exclusive Realty, was extremely positive. In an up and down market, she had our home sold in a month. Tristina understood the urgency in selling (moving out of state) and was very diligent and got the asking price we were asking. We appreciated her honesty and transparency throughout the entire process. Tristina was a rockstar, never letting us down. She worked hard to provide numerous houses to view, and provided good feedback about different areas to conduct our searches. For me being responsive and easy to deal with and talk to is the most important. Whether a text, phone call or email, Tristina got back to you fast. I have zero issue with the professionalism and extra effort Tristina puts into working with with you and I would recommend her to anyone!

Selling your home is a huge undertaking especially if you have no experience doing so. You want to make sure your home is well taken care of but you also want to make a profit. Finding someone who will care for your home as well as you do is hard, but not with Tristina. She came into a low brewing volatile situation and handled it exemplarily with grace, professionalism, and knowledge that made the process a breeze. Under her direction, we got the house listed and was under contract in less than 24 hours. Throughout the escrow process her attentiveness never waned. She never hesitated to answer every question I threw at her, and I threw A LOT of questions at her. She was an absolutely delight to work with and I wouldn't hesitate to call her in the future.
