Troy was very professional at all times and helped me with a short sale of my home. I knew very little of the process when it comes to short selling a home and was nervous and worried about it. Throughout the start of the sale he ensured every question I had and worry I had as he was not only able to take care of it but was able to prove the process and what he does best as a realtor. I highly recommend him for any real estate needs or any questions in general as he has been in the profession for some time and was able to communicate properly and effectively with me. Being in the military he was able to be flexible on his schedule due to my conflicting times and inconsistent work schedule allowing me to complete the sale without feeling rushed or bouncing back and forth from work to property. If there is a chance I buy in the Maricopa county again I will be using the same realtor.

Best experience I could have ever asked for. Everything was very seamless coming from a person who has not purchased a home in over twenty years. I highly highly recommend Troy. He made sure he answered all questions and made the process very easy. I didn’t even believe that this could happen and he made it happen quick and easy. In the future I would definitely use again. Beyond belief that I am now a homeowner all because of Troy and his help, kindness and gratitude. It was stressful as of any home buying experience may be and the ease he provided was greatly appreciated. HIGHLY recommend . Best realtor in the entire valley hands down.

Troy is very responsive and very knowledgeable about the market. Quick action on his part helped us make a great purchase. His knowledge and recommendations were very valuable. We will definitely use him again.

I worked with Troy for my first home purchase about 3 years ago. When it came time for my next purchase, he was the only agent that ever crossed my mind to work with. He took so much of the hassle and difficulty out of the situation, and always kept me in the know of what was going on. Additionally, Troy knows a lot of people in various industries, so not only did he help me get a beautiful house, I now have many connections to continue to improve the house. I would so recommend

Troy was very helpful and knowledgeable about areas and properties. It was very helpful especially moving here from MN and the fact that he moved to AZ from there too. Also very respectful and treated us awesome!!
