With the passing of my father, I was tasked with cleaning out and selling his house while living 1700 miles from Phoenix. Selling the home during a pandemic was a challenge, but Ty helped me find the perfect estate sale company and was more than helpful in getting the house in shape for showings. Ty kept me informed of the activity that the house was getting, made recommendations on pricing and was always available when I had questions or concerns. When the home received offers, Ty handled the negotiations professionally and ensured that the sale went through without complications. Ty was very efficient and always kept me informed, he made the process easy and enjoyable. Ty was full of laughs and knowledge he made my experience a breeze. Very personable and kind he always had our family’s best interest in mind! I would recommend ty to any friends or family with anything having to do with your home! Recently contacted Ty about purchasing a home. Initial response was very prompt. Made himself available immediately to look at home. WE found a home we liked, put the offer in and although there were several offers higher than ours it was accepted. Start to finish closed in less than 30 and that was because of Ty being on top on everything. Will certainly use again and refer him as a selling or buying agent, couldn't have been happier.

I totally recommend Ty Green as a realtor. I was moving out of state and used Ty to sell my Arizona home. I left late afternoon on a Friday and Ty had the photographer go to my home right after I left. On Saturday, my home went live on the market. The very fist person to look at the home made me an offer on Sunday. I had Ty advise me on the negotiations and we settled on an offer that day for more than I had hoped to get for my home, above the asking price. Since I had already arrived in Florida, Ty took care of everything to include the inspection and items I agreed to rectify. Mr. Green kept in continuous contact with me throughout the entire process and immediately answered any questions I had. I have sold several properties in my life and this experience was by far the most pleasant. Ty is professional, kind, responsive, and a highly knowledgeable realtor. Ty took good care of my girlfriend and myself. Everything we asked for was met. During this Covid era we are living in, everything is different. We spoke on the phone and texted and everything was seemless. He was quick to respond every time I contacted him. What else can I say? Very personable and polite. I would work with him again, and reccomend him to friends and family without a second thought. Thank you Ty!
