Our journey in buying our new home was not your average, at times maybe even a little trying. But Julie was very knowledgeable. She answered every question we had in a timely manner. She even kept in touch on weekends and evenings. We feel that she went above and beyond in every aspect of the process, Exceeding our expectations during this time!

Natalya and her team worked hard for a long time to get us into a home we loved. Our work schedules are sporadic and unpredictable but Natalya was still able to set up multiple showings in a day for us, most times with just one day of notice. Joshua is the person who does the showings for Natalya’s team, he is very friendly and knowledgeable. When we found a home that worked for us, Natalya’s team was able to complete a 14 day closing for us! She also was able to negotiate 9k in concessions from the seller which helped with our closing costs. We are happy to have a house now but sad we don’t get to see Natalya and Joshua anymore.

Natalya is a fantastic realtor! This was our first time buying and she was so patient with our questions and provided so much helpful info. She ensured our needs were communicated during the inspection process, she helped us SO much with gaining more concessions to buy our rate down…and on top of that, was able to negotiate a lower asking price. We will definitely contact her in the future when we buy our next home. Lifelong clients!

Julie was flawless in helping me buy my first home! I established communication with Julie a little over a year ago and shared my vision for my ideal first home. About 90 days prior to my lease expiring, Julie and I re-connected and started the home viewing process. Based on my must-haves, Julie coordinated several viewings that resulted in the purchase of my first home. Julie's communication with me during the whole process (even when she was on vacation) gave me peace of mind knowing that she had my best interests at heart. As a first-time home buyer, I had numerous questions that she was able to provide clear and concise responses to help me understand the terminology and processes.
