Working with Tyler was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. He was genuine, attentive, responsive, and continued to go above and beyond all the way until closing. We took a leap of faith and trusted Tyler’s instincts and he really delivered for us. He clearly enjoys what he does and it shows. We highly recommend him.

We met Tyler on a day trip to the Leavenworth area while doing a cursory look at some homes in 2018. We met several brokers that day but we knew that Tyler would be our guy going forward if we ever got serious about buying a place in the area. Aside from being knowledgeable and confident about real estate in the area, we really appreciated his easy to relate to communication style and upbeat attitude. We stayed in touch on a few properties here and there but found the place for us in April of 2020 just as the pandemic was getting going. We reached out to Tyler the day after the property hit the market and he arranged a showing for us that weekend. It was a listing that was accepting offers a week after it was initially listed. Turns out there were 16 offers including a handful of cash offers, which ours was not. Tyler’s great instincts and considerable knowledge of real estate transactions really were the deciding factor in us ending up with the one offer that the sellers chose to move forward with. We are so fortunate to randomly met Tyler those couple years prior as we are convinced we would not be enjoying our wonderful property had it not been for Tyler.

Tyler helped me to find an undeveloped property in the Chelan County area.  He is reliable, sensible, transparent, courteous, has a nice self-effacing sense of humor, he's knowledgeable and well connected within the area, and he also possesses some nice grounding ethics and moral values.  He is an excellent negotiator... by the time we identified the property we wanted... he was able to knock over 45 percent off of the original listed price.  Very skilled and proficient at his job - highly recommended.

I found Randy Vickrey out of serendipity, and it was just about the best thing that could have happened. He had answers to all my questions, his follow ups we’re always prompt, and right on the mark. We closed a deal from start to finish in just about one month. Simply outstanding!

Tyler is a fantastic agent! My wife and I worked with him for about two years, looking for a second home around Plain, Leavenworth, Cashmere and Wenatchee. He was thoughtful and patient throughout, and really got to know us and what we were looking for. After a long search, we finally just closed on the perfect place in Plain. Tyler's assistance was invaluable. He did a great job for us, and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for real estate in Chelan County.
