If you are scared to sell your house, don't be! Call Valerie. The process of selling a house is pretty straight forwarded unless you have NASTY buyer's who make the entire process about them and nobody else. [Insert your own imagination of horrible people who are trying to undercut you and the entire process]. However, this review isn't about them, it's about how amazing Valerie is at selling and buying houses. As an active duty military family, we move often as this is the will and wish of most military members. Such is life, I guess. When we first moved back to California, my wife and I were looking for a house to call home and that's when we met Valerie. She is a true professional and will work for YOU and NOT for the MONEY. Valerie knows the business and will immediately get to work selling your house as well as helping you find your next if needed. Since 2015, we have asked Valerie to help us on three separate occasions and every time she delivers. Recently, we contacted her about moving from Temecula to Fallbrook because of the significant increase in drive time from work as well as the lack of infrastructure being built to support the population. We loved Temecula, but driving for 95 minutes to go 45 miles is ridiculous and unnecessary in our opinion. So, within three days we had a professional photographer at the house taking hundreds of high-quality photos as well as aerial footage of the property and surrounding areas. She received all the photos within a few days and published our home for sale on tons of websites. Valerie is direct, confident, and skilled in the negotiation process and will ensure you are PROTECTED from buyer's or seller's trying to "pull a fast one" on you. Trust me, you want this in a real estate agent. The entire experience was amazing and we appreciated her honesty in every sense of the word. Look, if you are reading this review STOP WORRYING and give her a call. Tell her, "Hey Valerie, would you like to meet up for a quick coffee to discuss selling/buying my home?" If you like what you see and hear JUMP IN WITH BOTH FEET. If not, go to the local real estate company and get treated like a number while watching them battle over your business like used car salesmen. We are extremely happy and satisfied with how Valerie does business and have made a friend for life. I mean we invite her to birthday parties, social get-togethers, and baby showers. She is a genuine human being and cares about you even after the process is done. If you've made it this far into the review you've wasted a least 45 seconds of your time reading instead of calling her. So, STOP reading and get the ball rolling with Valerie Macleay.

We have used Valerie as our agent multiple times both buying and selling real estate. Our most recent deal together was a sale of a home in Oceanside .Valerie was diligent, hard working and knowledgeable! Valerie is without a doubt the consummate real estate professional. She provided truly comparable listing and sale comps to establish a realistic asking price. Then offered professional advise on fixing items, staging the home, held several open houses, etc. that resulted in a obtaining a near full price offer within a couple of weeks. Following through from opening of escrow to close, she was presented several challenges all of which were met to make a seamless transaction. Not only would I hire Valeria again, I would refer her with the greatest of confidence to anyone wishing to buy or sell a home.
