From the moment I met Vanessa, I was impressed. She asked me very pertinent questions and, without being pushy, she took me to see several homes, all of which were just what I was looking for. She listened to me - unlike previous agents. She helped me negotiations a price and followed up well. She made my life much easier, as I was nervous being a single woman with no experience in purchasing a home. Her knowledge is excellent. I strongly recommend her, it was a pleasure working with her.

As a first time home buyer the whole process was really overwhelming. I didn’t even know where to start. But luckily I had Vanessa as my realtor. She walked me through the whole process. She was always available to show me houses or answer any questions I had. I can’t say enough good things about her. If you’re buying a home for the first time, definitely give her a call.

When my husband and I decided to assist our daughter in purchasing her first home in Florida, I wanted someone that would make her feel at ease with such a big step. Also, we live in Virginia and would need to do a lot of the "legwork" virtually. I did a search and we came across Vanessa. She fit us perfectly. She was so on top of all of our long demands. She kept us up to date on what was available within our parameters. Then, when we flew down (twice),she was ready and had organized visits to numerous properties. Vanessa truly made our daughter, and us, completely at ease with finding the right place. This was not just transactional, we feel like we also made a friend. If/when we need to buy another home in the Sarasota/Bradenton area, we would look no further than her. If I could give her higher than a five star rating, I would.
