Velicity is an absolute gem. We first started our home buying process over a year ago. Velicity took the time to truly review what was important to us from the beginning and her insight was highly valued. Her knowledge of the Colorado real estate market is top notch. After looking at a few homes, we decided that building a new home was the right path for us. Velicity assisted us in securing our lot and working through the initial contract with our builder to ensure what we selected was accurate and exactly what we wanted! Throughout the building process, Velicity attended almost all meetings, including design studio meetings, and was extremely attentive when it came to our long list of custom requests. Without her attentiveness many of our selections would have slipped through the cracks. She also advocated for items that were missed to confirm every detail was up to par and that we weren’t missing any selections for our beautiful home. Our builder had a great relationship with Velicity as well, which truly speaks volumes for how well regarded she is in the real estate community. Velicity truly is the absolute best at what she does and she really does care about her clients best interest from beginning to close. She will be honest and candid about your wants and wishes, which we appreciated more than anything! We have recommended Velicity to all of our friends, and will continue to work with her in the future! We cannot say it enough she is hands down the best agent you will work with in Colorado!

We moved here from California and rented for a few months. During that time, Velicity advised us on different areas to visit and consider that best fit our lifestyle. Once we were ready to buy, we provided a "wish list" to Velicity with some pretty specific and unique demands. We were so fortunate to have found Felicity. We met on a Saturday, visited a home on Sunday, put in a bid on Monday afternoon and was accepted that same evening. Velicity is very knowledgeable and was available to us throughout the process. She assisted with acquiring a loan, insurance, and continues to offer assistance once we closed. The stress of this process was greatly reduced due to her open communication and walked me through all the signing requirements. I cannot say enough about Velicity. She is the GOAT.

Velicity did an outstanding job assisting us with the sale of our home. Her expertise in the market's geographic and costs of current home sales was extremely instrumental in communicating with potential buyers and aiding us in the decision of whether or not to accept terms of agreement. She was in constant communication with us and the buyers agent, relaying critical information at every juncture of the sale process. She is impressively knowledgeable and patiently explained any questions we had about the processes. Her cumulative knowledge from years of expertise and stellar communications skills without a doubt enabled us to obtain the best deal possible in the sale of our home.

Velicity is a super real estate agent who is really knowledgeable and trustworthy. She genuinely cares about her clients and does everything in her power to make her clients happy. She goes above and beyond to be understanding of her client’s wants and needs and to present properties that match her client’s desires. She is punctual and reliable and I would 100% recommend her to anyone who is looking to purchase a home!! I feel so fortunate that our paths crossed and could not be happier with my experience.

Velocity is a true professional, she worked with us on all steps for selling our house. She was instrumental in suggesting what actions to take in a slow real estate market. When offers came in she helped us with judging how to respond while keeping our best interests in play. It was truly a pleasure working with her on the sale of our house and having her guidance during this stressful endeavor.
