Wow! Superb! Excellent! I can’t express how wonderful Verna is when it comes to client care and attentiveness. I just picked her off the web based on her reviews and did I hit the jackpot. I started this process of selling my house with Verna from Taiwan and then moved to Germany while it was ongoing. She never missed a beat during the transition. She provides a whole new level of customer service when it comes to real estate. Always available, quick to respond, follows up on everything and will go the extra mile for whatever needs to be done. She went above and beyond a hundred times on this sale and conducted the whole process for us while we stayed overseas. There were so many details and tasks that needed personal on-site attention and she made that happen every time. Verna knows exactly who to go to resolve maintenance and administrative issues. A very quick sale on a large home and we got almost our listing price. She knows this business and market completely.
