Vickie was my angel! I listed my home a few months prior to hiring Vickie with another agent, and I was having a terrible experience. Things were not going how I needed them to, and it was crunch time. As soon as I hired Vickie, she already had a cash offer on my home by the 3rd day! We closed on my home just 2 weeks after that. She was very professional, direct, and responsive. She answered all my questions, and gave me wonderful guidance as this was my first time selling a home. I will always recommend Vickie as she is the absolute best! I appreciate her so much!!

We used Vickie when we moved from CA and she made the process very easy for us! Moving across country is very stressful and having to figure out home inspections, closing, etc. when you’re 2200 miles away is never easy, but she helped us every single step of the way! She kept in contact with us every single step of the way and answered every single question we had in a very timely manner. We highly recommend Vickie and when it’s time to sell and purchase another home we won’t even think about using anyone other than Vickie after such an amazing experience the first time!

Once you are under contract she will stop being responsive and will sometimes take 24 hours to get back to you. My property sat until I threatened to pull the listing and then she magically found a buyer. I feel she lists it and lets it sit and then waits for it to sell itself. We were too rural to have such an unmotivated realtor. We ended up selling below our bottom even though the house is showing less then 6 months later it’s worth $200,000 over what we sold for. I believe she told the buyer what our bottom was. $100,000 less then what we originally listed for. Will NOT get you top dollar, will blast your property once unless you lower the price, not good at communicating. Would not recommend.

Vickie was referred to me from a friend and we are so lucky to have her as our realtor. She gave us great advise on how to list the house and how to stage it. She had is sold within 29 days. She kept us informed every time someone looked at it. I couldn’t ask for a better experience.
