Absolutely fantastic. Victor keeps things simple and straight to the point. Knowledgeable, great communicator, and an amazing negotiator. He noticed many things for us that were taken care of that would’ve become problems later. Absolutely would work with again, again amazing job.

Victor turned out to the be the best possible real estate agent we could have asked for. Knowledge of the area and services, patient with first time home buyers, hands on experience with the repair process of houses, and overall the best experience possible from a real estate agent. Highly recommended!!!

Unlike some realtors who were just trying to get me to buy a house, Victor was trying to get our family what we wanted. He answered any questions and walked us through the whole process. We got the house we wanted. Also our central air was checked and we had coils in poor condition, Victor negotiated with the seller and had them pay for it. I would recommend Victor for anyone wanting to buy a house.

I have worked with Victor over the last 3 years to find a place in the Madison area and we have looked at many houses. He's always been eager to show them to me, pointing out things that I may or may not like about the house as well as providing opinion on the resale of the house in the future. During the purchase of my house, he went to bat for me to work on getting a lower price and in getting the sellers to take care of a mold issue in the basement. He kept me up to date on what was going on, how the process could go (best and worse case scenarios), and allowed me to process through what I wanted to do with each step of the process. When (and if) I need another house, I'll work with Victor again!
