We met Victoria in the early stages of our home search. She was the listing agent at an open house we visited. She was so nice and helpful and spent a lot of time answering all of our questions. We didn't end up buying that house but we knew we wanted to work with her. We asked her to be our agent and it was the right decision. She was always there when we had questions. She got a feel for the type of property and style we were looking for right away and was able to help us navigate the market. She was also great at the negotiations. We were able to get the fair credit in a very competitive market. She has a genuine interest in helping her clients. I could never imagine working with another agent. When its time to sell my house, I will contact Victoria. When it's time to buy another, definitely Victoria.

Victoria is the quintessential strategic real estate agent. We met through a friend at an informative event which Victoria organized on landscaping. I really enjoy the session and felt that the information/knowledge was very useful. We had to sell our Mar Vista home around fall and Victoria guided us throughout the process. Victoria has formidable breadth of knowledge about the area and has been in the business for a long time. She is very detail oriented and has a wealth of resources. From staging to listing to open houses etc, she was personally there all the way. Even when issues would arise, Victoria would mindfully walk us through all the consequences, discuss with us all of our options and provide us her input. She was always there for us no matter what time of the day it was and we always felt like we were taken care of. It was a huge transition in our life so we are truly grateful to have someone who was caring, strategic and mindful of details. Bottom line:you can count on the fact that Victoria has your back in getting what you want in order to sell your home.
