It was a stroke of luck to have found Vicki that Sunday morning.I was searching for a realtor who could guide me through a very difficult house sale. I am out of state and the conservator for my mother's house. I was navigating many issues with the house and being 3 hours away I was lost. Vicki returned my call that day and alleviated all my anxieties. She took charge of absolutely every issue we had during the course of the sale. She did an amazing job pricing and promoting the property. She checked on the house on a regular basis. She dealt with every problem that arose in a professional, and compassionate manner. She communicated with myself and the attorneys as we worked our way through the probate process. She anticipated issues and headed them off before they became issues. I could go on and on. I cannot recommend her more highly.

For this review, I could actually write a book with several chapters., but for the sake of hoping it gets read, I’ll keep it short and to the point. On a scale of one (being not so good) to ten (being the best), Vicky Kustov as a Professional Realtor is a 10+++. I was apprehensive about the whole process and was a ‘Nervous Nellie’ and Vicky came through as a real pro. From the first day Vicky walked into our house she assured me that everything would be fine. She did her homework before she arrived and spelled everything out in detail of how and when steps during the process would transpire. I was still skeptical but being the penultimate professional, Vicky assuaged my fears at every step along the way. The house sold for 16%+ of asking and Vicky became more of a friend than a named realtor and stayed with us until the day we moved out and beyond. I can’t say enough about this Professional Friend of mine and would recommend her as the #1 realtor in her area.

We are so thankful we chose Vicky Kustov as our Realtor. After our mom passed away, we needed help selling her home in Burlington and Vicky made the entire process so easy for us. Vicky is a great communicator and exceptionally organized. She outlined the entire process, gave us a timeline, and always kept us informed. We were hoping to sell quickly and Vicky kept everything moving forward, allowing us to sell the home and close only a few weeks after the initial open house. She also got us quite a bit over the asking price! If you choose to work with Vicky, you will not regret your decision. She is a kind, caring professional and knows the Burlington market well. She exceeded all our expectations.

VIcky is an absolute pleasure to work with. I’ve never worked with someone that was so on top of everything. Everything we discussed was completed with efficiency and accuracy. Vicky sent me listings on a regular basis and anytime I wanted to look at a property Vicky set it up immediately. Vicky would spend as much time as necessary to ensure I had all the information I needed. Not only is she an excellent realtor she is a lovely person. She is warm, friendly and genuinely wants to see her customers happy. I plan on working with her again when it’s time to sell my house.
