Victoria was absolutely wonderful from the beginning to the end of the home-buying process. After describing to her the type of property we were looking for, she quickly found some that met all our needs in areas we really liked. She always responded promptly when we had questions or needed more information on a certain property. Her wealth of knowledge and positive attitude helped us to remain confident whenever there was a perceived roadblock to home ownership. Through it all, we never doubted she had our best interest at heart. This was my first time buying a house. Victoria really explained things to me and helped me fully understand the process. She was available anytime I needed her and was very honest during the process. She made sure that we got the house we wanted and needed.

I've always heard that buying a house is an intense, difficult and lengthy process. I also thought that I needed to have the absolute picture of perfect credit to qualify for a home loan. So, in my mind, home ownership was a distant and possibly unreachable dream. I met Victoria simply by chance. She was handling a friends home buying process and my employer shared a building with Victoria's realty company. I mentioned to her that one day, I would likely decide to seek her guidance on home buying, once I had better credit. After a short conversation, she convinced me that it wasn't going to hurt to attempt the qualifying process for a home loan. Based on that conversation, I convinced my wife to proceed and we filled out the forms. I turned in the paperwork on a Monday. We setup some times to meet with Victoria and view houses that following weekend. We saw some pretty wonderful prospects that fit in our approval window and met our specific family needs. Exactly one week after turning in my initial paperwork for the home loan approval process, we were officially under contract. It has been 6 months since Victoria convinced me to try and go for it. I've been in my house for nearly four months. Victoria was patient and accommodating. She was very responsive and attentive to our needs. Victoria helped us negotiate the price of the house to fit our budget. To put it in the simplest terms, Victoria made the arduous task of a home purchase easy and fun. Not to mention, she did this while handling other clients AND purchasing her own home! I cannot put into words what it meant to have such a skilled and highly talented ambassador on our side through this process. If you are interested in buying a home and need a good real estate agent...go somewhere else. However, if you want the BEST real estate agent call Victoria today. You will NOT be sorry!

I made the right choice going with a local firm vs a global conglomerate. She was professional from start to finish. No glitches, smooth sailing from start to finish, would highly recommend!
