I'm honored to work with Vivian, she has been an amazing person who really work on our home file for few months, She was on the phone 24/7 and was giving us great details and information regarding our home. She dedicated herself working hard on trying to give us great home value, she was on email and phone, and thanks to her they have accepted our offer. belated Happy 4Th, we just got the internet just now. Thank you so much for the beautiful Wine Country Gift Basket. That was such a wonderful gift. You are the greatest. I had been looking for homes for quite a while, with no clue what I was doing. My Daughter Alicia bought her home from Vivian. The Relator's I was working with only wanted to show me what they thought I should see, and homes in unwanted areas and over priced and fixer uppers I cant afford. Then when I met Vivian she started to show us homes we would like to live in. A few months we were closing Escrow, to a beautiful home we love. Vivian is the greatest she tells you everything you need to know, and things you didn't know that are required in the loan process. I not only had the greatest Relator, but also a caring special friend. Thank you Vivian for making my dream come true, friends to the end. Alexia Espinoza

My husband and I were on the search for our first home and Vivian was highly recommended to us. Being first time buyers, we had a lot of questions with regards to the process of buying and Vivian was very informative during the process. She easily accommodated to our schedule and that is something we were very thankful for. She always answered our phone calls/text/emails promptly and she was very on task with regards to our deadlines.
