Wade was the best realtor we have ever used. He was very patient with us and worked hard to sell our condo for the price we wanted. ZERO nonsense with Wade. He really knows the market and the area extremely well. Our condo sold in just a few weeks. My wife and I would recommend him to anyone looking to sell or buy in Coeur d’Alene.

My wife and I are relocating to Coeur d’Alene, Idaho and had been looking at homes for over a year. Not knowing the area in great detail we took a chance and hired Wade as we didn’t know anyone in the area. We were highly dependent on Wade and his team to assist us not only in finding and purchasing a home, but what neighborhoods to look in, best fit for our needs/wants and basically putting full trust in him as we were somewhat walking in blind. After 1 visit to the area, a detailed tour of many homes all while explaining the area in great detail we just closed on our dream home. We couldn’t be happier and would without a doubt say the Jacklin Experience is the only way to go. Thank you Wade!

My wife and I used Wade to buy our home back in 2012 and we are very impressed. We told him our budget, our wants/needs list and he was able to fulfill them all. We only looked at 4 houses and found THE ONE. Recently my wife was relocated by her employer and we had to sell our home. So we contracted Wade as our Listing Agent. He came out looked everything over, hired an amazing photographer, and was able to sell our home in less then 5 days. Not only was he able to sell it fast but we made more profit on the home then we had expected in the beginning of the process. I have nothing negative to say about my buying, and selling experience with Wade. I highly recommend him to anyone.

New home buyers wanting to get out of an apartment in about 10 days... Wade did everything in his power to get the sellers to go quick and we closed in about a week. Would highly recommend Wade he is definitely someone who cares about you being happy than being pushy and getting you into something you don't like.
