My husband and I recently purchased a new home in Pensacola Florida. We had the absolute PLEASURE of working with Anita. She was easy to communicate with & this was especially important since we were coming all the way from Wisconsin to find a home in the Pensacola area. She had a wealth of knowledge and answered any questions that we asked. She was friendly, punctual, & professional, and best of all she remained adamant on helping us find a home that we love without being pushy or using any high pressure sales tactics. I have never been so impressed! She honestly went above and beyond her duties, by giving us all the info to hook up the utilities and even referred us to an amazing and affordable home inspector, got us an estimate from a company to fence in the back yard. She was always in touch throught the whole process and even during our travels. We will be buying more properties in the future and we would definitely be willing to work with Anita again.

Wayne was my realtor when purchasing a house in the Pensacola area. From the onset of our introduction, he displayed professionalism and a wealth of knowledge. Most importantly, he listened to me and only showed me and my fiance homes that absolutely met our criteria. He and especially his transition assistant, Nina were I instrumental in keeping me informed of the status of the purchase. When appropriate, contacted the builder's representative and or lender for timely updates. I would use Wayne's again should the need arises. We had a great experience working with Shaunna on the purchase of our new home. She’s incredibly responsive and had the answer for any questions we had.
