It was very nice working with Robin. She was able to sell our house soon and was very patient and knowledgeable in the process. She was able to sell our home with couple of open houses. She was able to negotiate with the seller on different points saving us some money.

I walked into an open house that Wendy and Rachel were hosting. It was the home I wanted. I asked if they would be my agents for this purchase and for the sale of my current home, for a 2% commission, since it was dual agency. They agreed. They brought their own furnishings to stage my home. They drove out every weekend, from LA to Palm Springs, for open houses. They even held off showing the other home, giving mine time to close, because they knew how much I wanted this home. They were definitely earning more than that 2%, so I upped it to 2.5%. Home prices began to drop rapidly. They negotiated the price on the new home lower, as we lowered my sales price. They made further concessions of their commission to bring pricing in line and get it sold, to the extent that they netted less than 2%. If you’re looking for legendary service, outstanding performance and bottom line success, this is the team.

Robin is one of a kind. She listens to your wants and needs in a home and she is very assertive in finding just that in the home of your dreams and all within your budget. Robin is truly one of the best if not the best. She helps you with all of your questions and assists with paperwork and all concerns. Truly a God send.

We were referred to Wendy by our local Realtor, to sell our family home as part of an out of state estate. A situation, in-and-of-itself, that comes with additional challenges. Wendy is amazing and was able to quickly sell our home within a surprisingly short time period (less than a week and on the first showing). She also expertly staged our home showing its maximum potential which resulted in a sale price above asking, which exceeded our expectations. You can't go wrong with her whether you are either buying or selling a property.
