Wow!! What can I say? Wendy and Lisa were absolutely amazing. Having lost my home 12 years ago at 60 years old, I was convinced I would never be able to own a home again. I have known about Wendy for a very long time and knew she was good at what she does. I had always seen her work on selling some of the highest end homes in our area, but never dreamed that she would be willing to work with me on a much lower scale. Not only did she readily agree to represent me, but I absolutely felt like I was the only client she had. She treated me like I was buying one of those million dollar homes. She carefully guided me through the whole process that had completely changed since my last purchase in 1987. There was not a moment when she was unavailable to help me understand the whole process. When we locked in a possible purchase and found out it had been misrepresented she helped me understand my options which gave me the power to move on and then helped me find the the ideal unit for my needs and my budget. She helped me in so many other ways as well. She set me up with the best possible home inspector that went through the house with great detail, also helped me acquire the best financing and insurance at much better rates than I thought possible. All this service from Wendy and Lisa was like having my own personal assistants. What a wonderful team!! With their help this was one of the smoothest transactions I have ever experienced!!!! 5 Stars are not enough!! This is my second real estate transaction with Wendy Teixeira as my broker. Her performance in getting this house sold was outstanding. She had her hands full as I lived out of the area and the buyers had multiple requests for improvements before closing. Wendy coordinated everything keeping all of us informed and on the same page. She is a thorough professional skilled at all aspects of buying and selling process. She is ethical, always availability and charming to boot. I wouldn’t use anyone else to sell or buy property in the Santa Maria market.

Wendy is the best! She knew we were selling our "home" of 28 years not just a "house" and that it would be an emotional time for us. She checked in sometimes just to make sure we were okay. We can't thank her enough for her open line of communication and professionalism. Wendy surrounds herself with other great peopleand that mad e our selling process must easier.
