Luke is the best Realtor, he is a great person. He is very professional, responsible and he is always able to answer your questions. He went above and beyond to help us with getting the house ready and negotiating the terms of the deal. I would highly recommend. Luke was great to work with. He handeled everything with efficiency, and I was able to move quickly without any problems. I am very happy with my current apartment, and he has remained available for assistance even after my move. I would definitely recommend him to friends and family in the future.

Easy to work with, accommodating, willing to go out of his way to make each party happy, and professional. Always on time and very helpful. Absolutely no complaints as everything went smoothly and without any hitches

Just like most everybody, I had been doing my own thing searching across the internet highway for a house for me and my hubby. I can across a place I liked and saw William listed as an agent to contact. The home that I selected happened to be a HUD home and I had no idea what that meant. William took the time to educated me on HUD home, the procedures for submitting and offer and he got me prepared with the necessary documentation for when the offer was accepted. Unfortunately, I didn't get that home... but, the service that William provided was outstanding AND because of that service, William will be my agent when I do choose the right home to buy form me and my husband. Thank you William Barnes!
