My experience with Angel Sims Realty and Agent Wyndi Fox, was a very successful one. Wyndi Fox was eager to communicate any needs before listing, during and after. She always went the extra mile to make sure everything was handled appropriately and in a timely manner. Wyndi also took measures to assist me, (the seller), when my Lender was extremely difficult to deal with. Wyndi also guided and navigated me through the whole process of preparing the show, listing and selling my home and was always willing to assist certain needs that were beyond ANY Realtor’s responsibilities!!! She even researched the in’s and out of USDA’s complicated system to help educate me so I could provide the proper mandatory information that they were requesting. (even for the second and third time when they said they NeveR received it). Angel Sims Realty and Agent Wyndi Fox presented themselves as professionals throughout my entire listing, showing and sale of my home. I would HIGHLY recommend!
