Highly recommend their services to anyone. I was coming into this process with zero experience. Yvonnca and Adrienne were more than willing to not only guide me but also explain every step in detail. That being said, I would go with my own inspector next time. I used their recommendation and do not feel as if I got his 100% effor that day. He missed that bad gfi in my kitchen that led to other problems I had to pay out of pocket to fix.

We have bought and sold two homes with Yvonnca - once when the market was at its lowest and again when it was recovered - and both times were nothing short of incredible. When no homes were selling, Yvonnca sold our first home before any other home in our neighborhood and our neighbors promptly asked her to help them sell theirs after they had sat on the market for months - and then she sold theirs, too. Our second home sold in less than 24 hours and she did an incredible job helping us buy our forever home with a challenging seller. She made sure we were taken care of in each and every transaction, & made the whole process as easy as possible. When you work with Yvonnca and Adrienne, you truly become family, and there is no one else I would want on my side.

I cant say enough, about how hard they worked just to prepare my home to sale. They constantly kept me in the loop of every step. The day my home hit the market, it took only 1 and 1 half hours to sale for way more than my asking price. After closing, they continually called, and texted to make sure I was satisfied. I very highly recommend them for any of your home selling, appraisal, and, purchasing needs. They are by far number one in my book...

We just sold our house today with Yvonnca and Adrienne. In a word, our experience was stellar. Me and my wife were quickly at ease as we realized we were in expert hands. There was never a time we felt uninformed as the communication was outstanding. The marketing plan the Landes Team came with was outstanding. The result of of their marketing plan yielded 35 showings with 7 offers and a contract for 50k over asking price. In a world full of smoke, mirrors and empty promises it was sure a breath of fresh air to have an experience that exceeded our already high expectations. Thank you Adrienne and Yvonnca !
