We are so thankful we found Yvonne, she exceeded all expectations we had as we sold and purchased a new home in a very challenging Colorado market. Yvonne is extremely knowledgeable, attentive to every detail, professional, caring and supportive. We knew from the moment we met her that we had made the right decision, but that feeling was continuously reinforced throughout every step of the process. When we were selling, Yvonne’s expertise and strong work ethic helped us stage our home beautifully and we received an offer that was beyond our expectations. When we were purchasing a house, Yvonne was readily accessible to ensure we could see each house we were interested in and provided a valuable perspective as we toured many different homes. Very knowledgeable and very responsive to emails, phone, or text. Very helpful and lots of great advice in what to look for (good and bad) in a house/ property. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable about putting in an offer and helping keep track of everything that needs to happen to close on time.

Yvonne helped my husband and I buy and sell. She went above and beyond in all aspects of both transactions. We have high expectations and Yvonne far surpassed them! She is professional, personable, and patient. She is a great communicator, negotiator, and is knowledgeable on the market, even through COVID changes. She helped us feel comfortable every step of the way from putting our home on the market to closing on our new home. She never got annoyed at our many questions. She was great at letting us know the comps on a property before we made offers and helped us submit offers that were competitive but in line with market conditions and our budget. We were beyond impressed with Yvonne and would happily recommend her!

Yvonne was the realtor we were hoping for! Hire her! From day one she showed up prepared and extremely knowledgeable about our townhome complex and the neighborhood comparatives values before we had even signed a contract to sell. She is crazy smart and extremely professional! She was particularly great at communicating and keeping us in the loop throughout the entire process. I.e. would contact us just to let us know there was no update at that moment. I don't think we ever had to call her first aside from expressing interest in a new house....at which point she had our viewing appointment set up asap! Selling and buying property is a stressful marathon, and she guided us through it with ease. It felt like buying a house with a trustworthy friend in the end. The icing on the cake is Yvonne is a genuine, giving, and considerate human being! I believe she is excellent at her job because she loves it and is truly invested in your goals as a seller/buyer. Yvonne goes above and beyond in helping you understand the process of buying a home. She has great knowledge of what to look/ask for and communicating or negotiating with the seller. As a first time home buyer, Yvonne helped asked very important questions to the home builder that we would never have thought of. Yvonne without a doubt cares for her clients and really wants what is best for you in getting your dream home even if it means late night questions and work for her! She always put the time and energy into making the process easier and less stressful for us. She also has great knowledge of lending and helped us understand that process as well. We are so grateful for Yvonne and having her as our realtor and highly recommend her if you want someone who will take care of you from beginning to end in your own home buying process!
