Zac was amazing!! He worked double time doing video walkthroughs due to us coming from out of state and NEVER kept us waiting. He offered expert advice in all aspects of the process. Zachary was a joy to work with. He helped us get into our first home and was always right there for us through it all. From helping us find the perfect home to negotiating a price for us. Zachary went above and beyond for us!! We will recommend him to all our friends and if we need someone in the future we will ask for his help again. It was a pleasure buying our dream home with the assistance from Zac. He made us comfortable and the entire process was smooth and clear. We especially appreciated his assistance with the home inspection process which was very through and covered all our questions. Zac took the time to show us homes in the area we were wanting to live and gave us guidance on our home we were selling.

I met Zac during an especially trying time . My mom had just been diagnosed with cancer with only weeks to live. I explained to him what the family wanted in terms of selling our mothers estate. Given the nature of the situation ,and everything else we were having to deal with, it was important to me that the sale of her home not be drawn out ,and complicated. Zac was incredibly helpful with any questions that arose, was able to explain the process well , and was very thorough from beginning to end.Once it was on the market we were able to sell quickly ,and easily. We are very thankful to Zac for his time, and expertise . I would whole heartedly recommend him to anyone looking for a realtor .

Zach was great, I was buying my first home after living out of the area for 20 years. Zach helped me understand the pros and cons of different areas and helped me find my perfect home. He was extremely responsive and answered all my questions! He even helped facilitate a remote closing when I had to leave town before the closing date. I would absolutely recommend Zach to anyone looking to find a home in the Willamette Valley!
