Elizabeth were outstanding in helping us find a place in Austin. She made recommendations in area that we wouldn’t look and as well as takes time in showing us homes. We are out of towner, when we put a contract on a home, Elizabeth help us and oversee our home inspection to make sure it was done correctly and work with builder on our behalf to get all the items done from inspector finding. Elizabeth stayed with us throughout the processes from walk thru before 7 close and as well as walk-thru before closing. Elizabeth was a tremendous help especially when we were from out of town looking for a house. Without Elizabeth we would constantly have to travel back and forth thru out the whole processes. After closing on our home Elizabeth gave us a very nice new home gift for us to enjoy.

My husband and I weren’t actually planning to buy a house; we had been browsing Zillow out of idle curiosity. When we stumbled across a listing for an adorable little house in our price range, we reached out to Brooke to arrange a showing. The house turned out to be a disaster, but Brooke was amazing. She was honest and capable, simultaneously encouraging and clear-sighted. Though we had been afraid to seriously consider moving, she gave us the confidence that we could make it happen if we wanted. She put up with us as we looked at dozens of other houses. A few offers and close calls later, we finally closed on a dream home (and sold our condo in the process). I don’t think we would have ended up nearly as happy with anyone else.

Brooke is an amazing realtor! We were told by our landlords that they were selling the house we were living in, and within two months, Brooke helped us find the perfect house for us within our budget and with all the amenities we were hoping for. She was incredibly patient with all our questions, was easy to communicate with, and is extremely knowledgeable about the housing market in Austin and the surrounding areas. She's also just a great human - smart, funny, and personable. She made a very stressful process much more enjoyable, and we're extremely grateful. Highly recommend!

For the past 15 years, I have traveled from project to project and state to state for work. Once I returned to Texas, my travel was reduced and I was comfortable purchasing a home. I am fortunate to have find Brooke to assist me. Brooke made everything effortless. For me, Brooke is the perfect realtor, she scheduled appointments that worked with my busy schedule, suggested properties I would not have necessarily chosen and it all happened effortlessly. Once I decided on a location, Brooke's expert knowledge of the purchase process, made things even easier. She provided timely suggestions and expertly negotiated the contract. Brooke and her team provided a detailed list of what to expect during the purchase process and approximate timeframes for each. Brooke was with me every step of the way, from inspection to closing. I don’t live in Austin where I sold my condo. Brooke made it easy to sell a property remotely. She was willing to meet the handyman for improvements, suggested and implemented upgrades (kitchen tile backsplash) that updated the unit. Brooke staged the property beautifully, And was solid on negotiation, pricing and generating comps. I would highly recommend Brooke to sell your property especially if you live out of town.
