Lindsay Louke was an absolute pleasure to work with! She was not only incredibly knowledgeable of the market but also extremely patient and focused on exceeding her customer’s expectations. She worked hand-in-hand with Evan Lamer of Ownership Mortgage to make the entire process as seamless as possible. They were both readily available no matter what time I called and were always able to give me the answers I needed. They are a strong team that worked very well together and never put me in the middle. I will definitely work with Lindsay and Evan when we get our next Florida property!

Justin helped us with a purchase on Longboat Key which went under contract this week. He is a true professional but listen more than he spoke to understand our goals. He asked us a lot of questions and then did his research. Justin was patient with us and when we found ourselves getting in a hurry he helped us to take a step back and that allowed us to identify a few more properties that are about to come on the market. That provided us critical leverage which we would not have had when we began our bidding process. Ultimately, Justin helped us get the property we were in love with, with the view we sought for the price we never thought we would get.

Toni Zarghami is the best informed, professional and most helpful real estate agent with whom I have dealt in more than forty years of real estate activity. She is phenomenal. I give Toni, and her excellent group, a 100% unqualified recommendation. Her group offered excellent help and support preparing for closing. Traci Bolen is the real estate agent I was blessed to work with! She went out of her way to help me through the process of purchasing my Venice townhome. Traci has been and still is a positive, encouraging , patient and helpful person. Traci is always one step ahead and prepared to follow through in all areas. Toni Zarghami is awesome! I 100% recommend her. I live in Chicago and my dad lives in Osprey. My dad needed help selling his house. I searched for real estate agents in Sarasota, Osprey, and Venice. Toni Zarghami always appeared in the results as a top-notch agent with killer reviews. When I contacted her, she responded in minutes. From day 1, she's been available by phone, text, and e-mail. She's always free to answer questions and always gave honest answers. My dad's house went on the market on a Thursday afternoon. By noon on Friday (less than 24 hours of being on the market), we had multiple all-cash offers, well over the asking price, and a lease-back to allow my dad to stay for a few months before moving back to Chicago.
